Who We Are

VaxSquad is a licensed pharmacy in Nevada, operated by two local pharmacists, Daniel Chiti and Karim Guirguis.

Our Story

We are two best friends, and pharmacists with a combined experience of more than 30 years. We attended high school and college in Las Vegas, and began our careers working in community pharmacies. By far, our favorite part of the job was interacting with our patients, and getting to know them on a personal level. More specifically, our greatest passion was improving public health through vaccination. 

During the pandemic, we recognized that many individuals became more aware of their vaccine status and the importance of staying up to date. We understand that some patients may have concerns or fears about receiving vaccines, and we take the time to address their questions and provide reassurance. We explain the benefits and potential side effects in a clear and understandable manner, that helps patients make informed decisions about their health.

Our primary objective at VaxSquad, is to make vaccines and immunizations more readily available to all members of our community. We aim to provide better access to vulnerable populations such as those who reside in assisted living facilities, those who may be immunocompromised, reside in a rural community, or those who may have limited transportation options or mobility challenges. We also wish to eliminate obstacles such as long lines at pharmacies and overcrowded waiting rooms. 

We are compassionate and knowledgeable pharmacists who embrace the opportunity to administer vaccines. Our exceptional communication skills and empathetic nature make us an invaluable asset in ensuring the health and safety of our community.
